Myna and startling are widespread residential landbirds of familySturnidaein Indian subcontinent,except North West and North East India (Grimmettet al.2014). Common MynaAcridotheres tristis(Linnaeus 1766) is one of sturnids. The speciescan be identified with its yellow bill, continues uptosurroundings of eyes both sides with white patchon primary feathers as well as tail tip. The speciesprefers human habitat and cultivation (Grimmettetal.2014).
